Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Clutch AI.

You agree to use Clutch AI respectfully and lawfully. In particular, you must not:

• Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Harass, bully, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Upload harmful, illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data
• Cheat, exploit, or otherwise game the Service's progress, XP, leaderboard, or AI features
• Use the Service to engage in academic dishonesty in violation of your school's policies

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately through the in-app Feedback page if you believe your account has been compromised.

Clutch AI uses artificial intelligence to generate explanations, flashcards, quizzes, study plans, and tutoring responses. AI-generated content can contain inaccuracies, omissions, or mistakes. You should always review AI output critically before relying on it for academic work, exams, or other important decisions. Clutch AI is a study aid, not a substitute for your teachers, textbooks, or qualified human judgment.

We work hard to keep the Service running, but Clutch AI may be updated, modified, paused, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, attempt to hack or exploit it, spam other users, or otherwise pose a risk to Clutch AI or its community. You may also stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

The Clutch AI name, logo, branding, software, designs, and all related materials are the property of Clutch AI and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create inside the app (notes, flashcards, quizzes, etc.) and grant us a limited license to process and display it solely to operate the Service for you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clutch AI and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, grades, or academic outcomes arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you inside the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
